Home Remedy for Flu
Ingredients:
-3 spoon lemon juice.
-3 spoon ginger powder.
-3 spoon turmeric powder.
-1 spoon cinnamon powder.
-1/4 cup honey.
Directions:
1) Take 1/4 cup honey.
2) Add all above ingredients.
3) Mix it well using blender.
4) Store it in cool n dry place.
5) Take 1 spoon in the morning.
6) 1 spoon in night.
Finish it in a week..
