Peppermint Tea

Benefits of Peppermint Tea.

Ingredients:
-9-10 fresh peppermint leaves.
-8oz water.
-lemon juice (optional)
Directions:
1) Rinse the mint leaves well.
2) Put leaves in a mug and then pour 8oz of hot water.
3) Steep for 9-10 mins.
4) Seperate leaves and then add lemon juice (optional)..

Home Remedy for Cough

Ingredients:
-Raw Honey 2tsp
-Warm Milk 1cup
Directions:
1) Take 2tsp of raw honey, and 1cup of warm milk.
2) Mix honey and warm milk stir well.
3) Consume this milk at night before going to bed.
4) Regular intake of this milk will definitely help you in clearing your cough.

Home Remedy for Flu

Ingredients:
-3 spoon lemon juice.
-3 spoon ginger powder.
-3 spoon turmeric powder.
-1 spoon cinnamon powder.
-1/4 cup honey. 
Directions:
1) Take 1/4 cup honey. 
2) Add all above ingredients.
3) Mix it well using blender.
4) Store it in cool n dry place.
5) Take 1 spoon in the morning. 
6) 1 spoon in night.
Finish it in a week..
